I know what you’re thinking, “Great, another homo with an opinion.” And yes Cynthia, you’re right. Am I aware art is subjective and everyone is allowed to have their own opinions? Yes. Am I going to quote Allison Janney in ‘I, Tonya’ and say ‘Suck my ass, Diane!’ every time you disagree with me? Begrudgingly, no.
Movies are an escapists dream. Every facet of life, every conscious emotion can be explored in film. And the best part about it? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, unless you think ‘Mean Girls’ is better than ‘She’s The Man,’ because we don’t need that kind of negativity on this page.
I want this space to be fun and conversational. Having a love for writing and movies, what better way to combine the two than a blog dedicated to my opinions! But seriously, cinema is my love language, and all I want is for people to come here and find something that can speak to them when they need it.
